Danielle Bliven, General Manager, has restaurant management and server experience, a heart warming smile and brings that along with her dedication to customer satisfaction to the Bistro.  Danielle’s son Wyatt is the Bistro mascot, he will be around from time to time. Rachel Bliven, Assistant Manager, has her position well defined as the let’s get it done right girl and lets do it now. Rachel's bubbly personality, kindness and striking smile will make it a pleasure to be served by her.
