Attended Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Worked at Delmonico's Steakhouse under Chef Emeril Lagasse and Nove Italiano under Chef di Cucina Geno Bernardo in Las Vegas, NV. Also The Barking Frog under Chef Bobby Moore in Woodinville, WA. Believes in simplicity, sustainable and local products, and using seasonal ingredients.
